The concept of a Sky:CotL confession blog

pepyoFor a little bit of context: On Tumblr, there are a subset of blogs/accounts that I will call "confession blogs". These blogs are like a confessional booth for fandoms, allowing people to air out grievances and pent-up thoughts about their given fandom. There is also a game called Sky: Children of the Light (which I will shorten to Sky), and the most you need to know about it is that it prides itself on building friendships between players. Most of the community (including myself) say that the Sky community is quite nice and positive, though that doesn't make it free of complaints.
With all of that in mind, I really dislike the idea of a Sky confessional blog (which I did see once, though they specifically titled themselves as a "burn book"). My core beef with the idea is the drama it attracts. Because submissions on these kinds of blogs are anonymous, that tends to encourage people to be more bold with their takes, and the really bold ones tend to draw sometimes heated discussion. For that one Sky confessional blog I saw, the takes so far have been pretty tame and understandable, however a part of me thinks that is owed to the blog's infancy. As time goes on I fear a blog like that will draw in more drama and kind of taint the state of the Sky Tumblr community. In fact, there were other people submitting to the blog commenting that it was a bad idea. Kinda funny that they (the blog owners) would let them submit that.
By the time I was done scrolling that blog, I went ahead and blocked them. As much fun as it might be to ogle what happens to this blog or what happens on it, I figured I really do not need those posts clogging my For You page. I do not derive much joy from them even if I do agree with the submitter's POV, nor do I think I'd be happy in the long term if I did decide to interact with the blog.
